Bozzuto recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of individual-specific information collected from our Website users. If you become a resident of a residential community we manage and you provide your personal information to make payments for rent and other services, we will use that information to process your payment and facilitate delivery. We may also save your information to facilitate subsequent rental payments.
- To provide, support, personalize, and develop our Website and services.
- To create, maintain, customize, and secure your account with us.
- To process your requests, purchases, transactions, and payments and prevent transactional fraud.

Children Under the Age of 16
Our Website is not intended for children under sixteen (16) years of age. No one under age sixteen (16) may provide any personal information to or on the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under sixteen (16). We will delete or deidentify personal information not subject to one of these exceptions from our records and will direct our service providers to take similar action.

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request to know or delete related to your personal information. You may also make a request to know or delete on behalf of your child. You may only submit a request to know twice within a twelve (12) month period. Your request to know or delete must:
- Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. We will only use personal information provided in the request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make it.
Response Timing and Format
We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days. If you do not receive confirmation within the 10-day timeframe, please email Privacy@Bozzuto.com.
We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to another forty-five (45) days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the twelve (12) month period preceding our receipt of your request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
Personal Information and Email Opt-Out Right
Under applicable law, if you are age 16 or older, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. Bozzuto does not sell personal information of consumers.
Your provision of personal information through any of our registration forms on the Website constitutes your affirmative consent that we may contact you by email to provide you with information and notices relating to the property where you reside and on various similar services available to you at or through the property and on various other properties that may be available and of interest to you in the future. You may choose to opt out of receiving future commercial email messages from us as a result of your use of this Website by emailing your request to Privacy@Bozzuto.com. Please note that if you are a resident of a Bozzuto community and you use this Website and your community website, you will need to opt-out of your community email communications separately.
