The following provides a description of the updates that have been made to the Aspen at Melford:
Completed this past month:
- Lap siding completed at Building A1
- Cabinets, countertops, and light fixtures began to be installed on lower levels of Building A1
- Masonry veneer completed at Building A2
- Insulation and drywall were completed at Building A2
- Paint, tile, and door installation began at Building A2
- Insulation and drywall began at Building B
- Masonry Veneer and lap siding progressed at Building B
- Wood framing completed at Buildings C & D
- MEP rough-ins began at Building C
- Site work began in the south courtyard, plaza, and garage entrance areas
- Insulation and drywall progressed in the amenity areas
Upcoming this month:
- Closet shelving, bath accessories, and window treatments will begin to be installed in Building A1
- Doors, tile, cabinets, and countertops will be installed in Building A2
- Lap siding will complete at Building A2
- Insulation and drywall will progress at Building B
- Masonry veneer and lap siding will be completed at Building B
- MEP rough-ins will progress at Building C
- Masonry veneer and lap siding will begin at Building C
- Roofing and windows will complete at Building D
- Site work will progress in the south courtyard, plaza, and garage entrance areas
